NACF is adopted of chemical fiber polypropylene fiber, processed by special pre-oxidation, carbonization, and high-temperature activation with fiber, cloth and felt shape etc., high adjustability, easy process.
NACF not only has the features of thin diameter, large specific area, even aperture and high absoption speed etc., but also remove foul material. Because of the nitric essence (**8%wt) in NACF structure, and the nonnitrogenous essence in ACF structure, NACF has the special absorption ability to sulfur and nitrogen compound so that NACF is the ideal filter media for making cigarette. The NACF absorption and decomposition of ozone is tens of times higher than ACF. It can be made as ozone-removing material and welding mask. NACF has been widely used in air treatment which has high content of ammonia, nitrogen and sulfur, and also used in public places, such as passenger compartment, train, ship, bus etc. NACF purifies various foul materials because of environmental pollution, smog pollution and metabolism exhaustion. The NACF sorption device can remove the foul smell and fishy smell at hospital, refrigeratory, animal feeding place, shambles, and fish store etc.
